General and Technical Questions
Before contacting us, review the relevant service page and confirm the account has not expired. Include the protocol, server hostname, approximate time with timezone, device, application, and exact error message. Never include the account password.
Response Expectations
We review legitimate messages as operational capacity allows. The free service does not include a guaranteed response time or individual troubleshooting. Urgent safety and credible infrastructure-abuse reports receive priority.
Copyright Notices
Copyright notices should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its exact URL, the reporting party's contact information, and statements required by applicable law. Incomplete notices may require clarification before review.
